以下の書類を入管に提出すると良いと思います。

①　残高証明

②　資産を証明できるもの

③　銀行通帳のコピー

④　結婚式場、結婚指輪、新婚旅行、飛行機などで受け取った
レシート
⑤　たくさんの写真（結婚式、新婚旅行、デート時、日常生活）

⑥　日本語能力を証明できるもの

⑦　「お相手の外国人の配偶者が書いた」結婚経緯書（日本語翻訳要）

などなど

To get spouse’s VISA , it may be better to give Immigration Bureau your date such as….

① A certificate of your saving
② A certificate of your asset
③ A copy of your bankbook

④ Receipt on Wedding and Honeymoon
you paid for a ceremony hall , wedding ring , Airplain tickets at
honeymoon and so on.
⑤Many pictures of wedding, honeymoon, dating with your honey,
and everyday life.

⑥ A certificate of your Japanese ability

⑦ A paper (should be translated into Japanese) “you wrote”
about the process of your marriage.

（技能実習生が日本人と結婚する問題点）

①制度上の問題。基本的に、実習終了後は母国に帰国することになっ
ている。
②実習先との関係性。
③日本に滞在し続ける合理的理由の必要性。
④結婚に至った経緯。
⑤過去の申請内容に嘘はなかったか。職歴、学歴など。
⑥将来の計画。今後日本で何をするのか。　　その他いろいろ

これらの問題がうまく解決できるできるかどうかが大切です。

以下のような場合は、許可が非常に難しくなる傾向にあります。
・オーバーステイや不法入国をしたことがある。
・犯罪を犯したことがある。
・交際期間が短い。
・離婚の回数が多い。
・お互いの国の言語を全く話せない、理解できない。
・収入が低い　　　　　　　　　　　　　　・・・・等々
