【資格外活動許可】

以下のような時は、資格外活動許可が必要です。
・留学生がアルバイトをする時。
・就労ビザを持っている方がアルバイトとして、通訳、翻訳、語学教師をする時。
・留学生が、起業活動（会社設立、営業活動など）を行う時（※必ず必要になるわけではありません）。

また、留学生は、日本上陸の際に、上陸港で資格外活動許可の申請ができます。

尚、資格外活動許可は、コンビニの店員などのような単純労働は認められていません（留学生、家族滞在は除く）。

・when you with student Visa want to work part-time.
・when you with working Visa want to work part-time as translator
language teacher and so on.
・when you want to act entrepreneur who establish company, do work activities and so on.（※sometime, that not be required. ）
