【経営管理ビザ】

一つの会社で二つの経営管理ビザは、あまり認められていません。入国管理局は、一つの会社に経営者は一人で十分である、と考えているからです。
しかし、以下のような場合には、一つの会社で二つの経営管理ビザを取得できる可能性があります。
１．業務量（売上、従業員数、資本金等）が多い。
２．経営管理者ごとの担当業務が明確に区分されている。例えば、一人は、国際業務のプロであり、もう一人は、国内営業のプロ。
３．お互いの経営管理者が、会社の経営権を決定できる。
４．お互いの経営管理者が、適正な給料をもらえる。
５．報酬は、出資の割合で各経営管理者に配分される。

実際は、小さな会社で二人の経営管理者が認められるのは、とても難しいです。

But there is a possibility for two people of getting visa of business manager for one company only if….
1.amount of your work (sales,stuffs,capital,etc) is many.
2.work for one manager is different from work for another, for example one is a expert of international business,another is a export of domestic sales.
3.each manager can make a decision for important things of the company.
4.each manager can get good income.
5.compensation must be distributed by capital each manager spent for the company.
